Girls JV Basketball
Welcome back to school! Please see the attached calendar for more information on our open workout schedule. We will be on the court for two days in September, and conditioning outside and in the weightroom.
Please note: Student-Athletes MUST have a valid VHSL Physical form on file with the athletic trainer in order to participate. Student-Athletes without a physical may not participate in any sport-related activities.

?In this Google drive folder, you'll find four workout trackers, one for each week of August. They are labeled August Week 1, 2, 3, and 4. Additionally, you'll find the 21 for 21 challenge, which lists the sprint/mile times for each potential student-athlete to achieve.

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP by 9am of the day of the session. You must turn in an eligible, completed 4-page VHSL physical in order to attend!

PLEASE see the attached calendar for June workouts! We have every opportunity to get better this month - it is on you to make it happen! Be there, ready to work. These workouts are open to all, and the more folks we have, the better we are going to be as a program.
Each student-athlete needs a valid VHSL physical to participate. Please consider getting your physical at WTW Physical Night, hosted by WTW Athletic Training. www.fcps.edu/sports to sign up - the cost is $50 and all proceeds to go to the athletic training department (which in turn goes straight back into enhanced care for our student-athletes). Do not delay on getting your physical!
NOTE: There is one change to the schedule. Workouts on FRIDAY, May 15 are OFF. We will be going from 10-12 with an open gym/on-court workout for any and all who are interested.

For weight room activities, please do not wear basketball shoes. We will also be conditioning outside, so please dress accordingly for the weather. For all on-court workouts, please wear basketball shoes.

Calling all prospective and current girls' basketball players! There will be an interest meeting on Wednesday, April 29 at 2:30 PM in Room C-108 for ALL levels. Be there on time, ready to rock! You'll have an opportunity to meet Coach Rastogi and learn the vision for the program moving forward. Coach Rastogi can't wait to meet you - Are You IN?!
